Home Staging Checklist And Ideas

1-Kitchens are key-Clean off all countertops

2-Clean out refrigerator and oven as these go with the home most of the time. Also remove any pictures and coupons on outside of fridge.

3-Organize inside of eye level cabinets.

5-Bathrooms are second key-Clean and clear all surfaces.

6-Get a new shower curtain and hang clean towels neatly.

7-The floors and mirrors should shine.

12-Mop and shine all hard surfaces.

16-Aroma-This can be a deal killer! Air out the home and use light fresheners. Don't do crazy, light a candle during showings if you need.
